GUEST ROOM RATES The Hotel confirms the following guest room rates: Single Occupancy: $179.99 Double Occupancy: $179.99 Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes which are currently 11.0%.
RESERVATION METHOD All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel's Reservation Department prior to cut- off date July 14, 2015. Individuals shall be responsible for their own room, tax, incidental charges, and any other charges. All charges incurred are to be paid upon checkout.
CHECK-IN TIME Check in time is guarantee at 4pm hotel time. Early check-ins can not be guaranteed by this contract or by your sales representative. Individuals may call ahead date of arrival to check the status of room for early check. We do not ever guarantee early check-in unless you pre-book your reservations for a day in advance to arrive the next day at an early time. Please note these counts as booking your room for two days
CUT-OFF DATE POLICY The "cut-off date" is: July 14th 2015. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
GUEST COMFORT POLICY The Holiday Inn Muskegon-Harbor would like to make sure all of our guests have a pleasant stay. To ensure this policy we do not allow parties/gathering of any kind in our guest sleeping rooms, or any other areas of the hotel. Our sleeping rooms are designed to be a place to get away, and for our guests to relax and unwind. We intend to protect the privacy and peace of each guest at the hotel. Therefore, we will enforce the following: We only allow Registered Guests to stay in the room: 3 guests in a single bed room and 5 guests in a double bed room. This policy also includes the pool and fitness rooms. Any report or complaint of disturbance or noise will be investigated. Any party or gathering that takes place such as Birthday Party, Pajama party, Bachelor/Bachelorette, Pool party, etc. will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. If necessary, the authorities will be called. By signing this contract you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with this policy. In addition, this policy will be handed to each guest at check in to review and sign as well.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT Compliance by the Hotel - The Hotel shall be responsible for complying with the public accommodations requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) not otherwise allocated to the Group in this agreement, including: (i) the 'readily achievable' removal of physical barriers to access to the meeting rooms, sleeping rooms, and common areas (e.g., restaurants, rest rooms, and public telephones); (ii) the provision of auxiliary aids and services where necessary to ensure that no disabled individual is treated differently by the Hotel than other individuals; and (iii) the modification of the Hotel's policies, practices, and procedures applicable to all guests and/or groups as necessary to provide goods and services to disabled individuals (e.g., emergency procedures and policy of holding accessible rooms for hearing and mobility impaired open for disabled individuals until all remaining rooms are occupied). Any extraordinary costs for special auxiliary aids requested by the Group shall be borne by the Group provided the Hotel notifies the Group of such cost in writing. Compliance by the Group - The Group shall be responsible for complying with the following public accommodations requirements of ADA: (i) the 'readily achievable' removal of physical barriers within the meeting rooms utilized by the Group which the Group would otherwise create (e.g., set-up of exhibits in an accessible manner) and not controlled or mandated by the Hotel; (ii) the provision of auxiliary aids and services where necessary to ensure effective communication of the Group's program of disabled participants (e.g., Braille or enlarged print handouts, interpreter or simultaneous video text display); and (iii) the modification of the Group's policies, practices and procedures applicable to participants as required to enable disabled individuals to participate equally in the program. Mutual Cooperation in Identifying Special Needs - The Group shall identify in advance any special needs of disabled registrants, faculty and guests requiring accommodation by the Hotel and will notify the Hotel of such needs for accommodation in writing as soon as they are identified to the Group. Whenever possible, the Group shall copy the Hotel on correspondence with attendees who indicate special needs as covered by ADA. The Hotel shall notify the Group of requests for accommodation which it may receive otherwise than through the Group to facilitate identification by the Group of its own accommodation obligations or needs as required by ADA.
